个人简介：刘雪英，女，蒙古族，1970年10月生，内蒙通辽人，硕士研究生学历，副教授。主要从事最优化理论与方法、智能算法的研究。 先后主持省部级项目三项，发表学术论文二十多篇，其中一些被科学引文索引（SCI）和工程索引（EI）收录，代表作发表于Applied Mathematics and Computation、International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems等国际期刊。
