摘要：
Smooth modules for affine Kac-Moody algebras have a prime importance for the quantum field theory as they correspond to the representations of the universal affine vertex algebras. But, very little is known about such modules beyond the category of positive energy representations. In this talk, a new class of smooth modules over affine Kac-Moody algebras are constructed. In a particular case, these modules are isomorphic to those induced from generalized Whittaker modules for Takiff Lie algebras.

赵开明，加拿大Wilfrid Laurier大学教授，博士生导师。主要研究兴趣为无限维李代数表示理论及非交换代数等科研领域。曾入选中科院早期百人计划。并获得加拿大劳瑞尔大学研究教授荣誉。在 Adv. Math, Trans. AMS, Math. Z. , Moscow J. Math. , J. Algebra 等杂志发表高水平学术论文140余篇，被引用1500多次，其研究成果受到国际同行的高度评价。主持多项国家自然科学基金项目及加拿大研究理事会基金项目，是国际代数学领域有重要影响的专家。
