The information society needs to cultivate a group of leaders and frontier warriors in the field of information, and the master's degree in Information and Computing Science focuses on the mathematical foundation and mathematical methods of information technology and computing technology, emphasizing the integrated use of mathematics and computers to solve practical application problems in the fields of information processing, data analysis, knowledge discovery and management decision-making.

The master's degree in information and computing science is mainly accepted from candidates who graduated from undergraduate majors of computer science and technology, information and computing science, mathematics and applied mathematics, management science and engineering, information management and information systems, etc. The academic system is 2 to 3 years.
