The General office of the College of Arts and Sciences

There are five staffs working now in the office of the college of Arts and Sciences (CAS). This office is the window, which is running to serve the students and faculties in CAS. It is not only a matter of maintaining ties with the leaderships and masses, but also it is considered as a bridge for the Public, which can cross over to communicate to the leaderships.

The purpose of our service is: carrying out our duties faithfully and working with our best ablity to work seriously.

Our working method is institutionalization, standardization and proceduralization. We are trying to inform the notifications in time, to work standardly, to record each processing of important items carefully, and can trace back.

Our civil service Convention is enthusiastic and patient, to serve for teachers and students sincerely. We designed our office like a harbor, which coule be take a break in and stand by for our teachers. Further more, we consider our students as our own friends, to construct a road to be maturer and more responsible.
